Each year, SAP presents the SAP Quality Awards for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) to recognize customers who have achieved excellence in planning and executing their SAP projects and programs, delivering significant benefits to their organizations.

Announcement of 2011 Quality Award Winners

The overall winners of the EMEA Quality Awards 2011 were announced at SAPPHIRE NOW in Madrid on November 9, 2011. All winners have already won Gold in a local SAP market unit.

Small and Medium-Size Implementation:

• Gold: Groupe INNOTHERA, France (supported by SOA People)
• Silver: Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH & Co. Produktions und Vertriebs KG, Germany (supported by SAP Consulting)
• Bronze: OMV Solutions GmbH, Austria (supported by scc EDV-Beratung)

Medium and Large Enterprise Implementation:

• Gold: AFGRI Operations Ltd., Africa (supported by Deloitte)
• Silver: Surgutneftegas OJSC, CIS (supported by LLC SAP CIS)
• Bronze: Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH & Co. KG, Germany (supported by Accenture)

New Business Application Implementation:

• Gold: Sabena technics, France (support by J&M Consulting, SOA People, Atos)
• Silver: T-Systems, Germany (supported by SAP Consulting)
• Bronze: Arkan Building Materials, Middle East & North Africa (supported by Fujitsu)

Prior to the finding of the EMEA winners, 20 SAP customers were shortlisted – out of all the local gold winners in the SAP market units. View the list of local gold winners.

With an increase more than 25% in nominations since 2010 and many excellent projects nominated, there were many strong candidates. We would like to thank all customers for their nominations, as well as their partners for support throughout the nomination process.
