SAP services partners focus on business solutions and typically provide:
- Consulting services
- Systems integration services
- Support for evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement
SAP services partners collaborate with SAP and assume joint responsibility for supporting the SAP solution. Partnerships are available at these levels:
- SAP Partner - Services – Smaller companies that focus on local markets, specific industries, or specific SAP products.
- SAP Alliance Partner - Services – Consultants that offer comprehensive services to key SAP accounts in a particular market. Alliance partners work closely with SAP to develop local markets and to deliver services. Participation at this level is by invitation only and requires a sufficient number of certified consultants.
- SAP Global Partner - Services – Companies that deliver comprehensive services that cover at least two regions, including Europe and North America.
