Certification Focus Areas

To participate, you must be an SAP services partner. You can work with an SAP Active Global Support (SAP AGS) partner manager to determine certification-training requirements and resources needed for certification in each training focus area.

The certification-focus areas, referred to as role-based training, include such sessions as:

• Overview of the Run SAP methodology
• Solution manager diagnostics and monitoring
• Change request management
• Business process monitoring

Requirements and Benefits

Participants take a certification exam at the end of each training session. Participants who pass the exam are recognized as SAP-certified support consultants. After an organization has the required number of SAP-certified support consultants, the organization must agree to establish a Run SAP practice, adopt the Run SAP methodology into the organization's own implementation standards, and present a business plan for the Run SAP methodology.
