SAP PINNACLE AWARDS 2010 PROGRAM INFORMATION

SAP Pinnacle Awards – SAP's global partner award program – recognizes SAP partners who have excelled in developing their partnership with SAP and our mutual business by providing quality products, solutions, and services to our customers.

For the 2010 SAP Pinnacle Awards, we are providing all relevant information about the program, including award categories and criteria for evaluation. To help you understand the key performance indicators that SAP will use to judge and select the award winners, criteria are now available to you much earlier than in previous years. This availability should help you better focus activities in your partnership with SAP.

2010 SAP Pinnacle Award Categories and Selection Criteria

SAP Pinnacle Award Candidates

Partners who have a valid SAP partner agreement in these areas will be considered:

Service and integration
Software solutions
Technology
Channel
Hosting
Business process outsourcing
Run SAP certification

SAP may extend the program to include additional partners associated with strategic initiatives.

Award Ceremony

All finalists will be invited to a special award ceremony, when the winners will be announced (date to be determined).

Nomination and Selection Process

Value and Benefits

SAP internal nominations – The respective SAP business units, field organizations, and strategic initiatives will provide these nominations.
Partner nominations – Partners may provide nominations for each performance category within each area, with the focus on business activities or solutions completed in 2009. SAP will accept for evaluation one nomination per partner per category. Nominations will begin in January 2010. You will need access to the SAP Partner Portal (S-User required). If you do not know it or your partner number, please contact your partner manager or your dedicated contact at SAP.
Award winner selection – Upon completion of a review of the nominations according to predefined criteria, a committee headed by SAP Global Ecosystem and Partner Group will determine award winners. The jury will publish the three finalists from each category approximately one month prior to the award ceremony.
